All About Watson Management Co., Inc.

Watson Management was formed in 1927 and has been serving the greater Spokane area every since.  Over the past 25 years the emphasis of our business has been residential and multi family property management and sales.  Watson Management is a licensed real estate brokeraage and offers the full range of real estate brokerage services.  We moved inot our current location on February 2, 2009, to provide better access for our clients and customers and to provide space to expand our business.  We are in the process of increasing our sales staff and expanding into commercial leasing and sales.  Watson Management is a member of the Spokane, Association of Realtors, Washington Association of Realtors, national Association of Realtors, Multiple Listing Srvice, National Association of Residential Property Managers and the Inland Northwest Chapter of NARPM.

OUR STAFF

Rawley Harrison is broker and President of WatsonManagement.  He has been with our firm for over thirty years.  Rawley is active in our community and has served on the board of the Inland Northwest Council Boy Scouts of America.  He has also been active in his church were he previously served as a member of the church council.    Rawley actively supports the Second Harvest Food Bank and received acknowledgement for his volunteer work with the food bank.  As well as being a real estate broker, he holds a Bachelor of Arts degree fromthe University of Maryland and formerly was a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with membership in the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Helen Harrison is Senior Property Manager and Vice President.  She has been active in our business for the past twenty years and a real estate professional for ten years.  Helen is a former scout leader and Camp Fire leader and has been very active in her church.  Her favorite hobby is watching her two granddaughters whenever the opportunity arises.

Sharon Seavey joined our firm in 1990 and has held a real estate license for the past ten years.  She is very active with her family and church. 

Dan Harrison joined our staff in June, 2010, after several years in the construction industry.  His extensive knowledge of construction will benefit all of our owners and tenants.  Dan is a Veteran of the US Army and distnguised himself during the 2003 campaign in Iraq. 

Wendy is our office manager and started with Watson Management in 1985.  She performs all of the accounting responsibilities for our clinets.  Wendy is very active in Jobes Daughters and in 2010 she wil be the Washington State Grand Gaurdian.

Erin serves our office as an administrative assistant.  Her bubbly personality will greet you on the phone or as you enter our office.  She performs a myriad of administrative responsibilities for our firm.

Brad Akers brings over 30 years of experience as a real estate agent to our staff.  Brad sprcializes in residential sales.  If you need professional real estate  advice, give Brad a call.
